Forest Access Roads

The Forest Access Roads layer is created and maintained by Forestry of the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency

Note:

-"some roads which are deemed no longer necessary are deactivated in such a fashion that the area previously occupied is returned to a productive state”

and

-“the Department can also close roads during times of poor operating conditions”.

Further information can be obtained from the Forestry Resource Access Roads website or from the contact information below.  This layer will be updated periodically.
